 Ralf Mike Pretzlaw - 2009-03-03 12:44:58 To use PHP-Scripts for placeholders in templates is not the way the templates are meant. Also nearly every user will be confused if he couldn't use his variables from the script, where he uses your class, in the other that is included.
Besides: To include PHP-Scripts for an placeholder has already been solved several times.

That's why smarty is in death now. 2 level compilation always time killing. Using default tag for template file, there's nothing confusing. As a programmer knows what he's doing...
